Will AI replace my staff?
That is not the goal. It takes the repeated tasks off their desks, so they spend the time on customers and on the work only they can do.
What does it cost to run?
AI models and automation tools charge for use, usually per message, minute or task. The proposal estimates the monthly running cost from your own volumes, and the accounts are in your name.
Where does our data go?
Only to the services the automation needs, and the proposal lists each one. We choose settings that keep your data out of model training where the provider offers them, and keep personal data out of steps that do not need it.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Sometimes it will, so we design for it: every automation is tested on your own examples before launch, a person approves the steps where a mistake would cost money or trust, and every run is logged.

Which tools do you use?

How long does it take?
It depends on the scope. After a short call we send a written proposal with a fixed price and a timeline, and we agree on both before any work starts.
