Redesign the site, keep what works.
If your site looks dated, loads slowly or stopped bringing enquiries, we measure what is wrong first, keep what still works, such as your URLs, rankings and the pages that convert, and rebuild the rest.

Why owners call us
Problem: The site looks older than the business.
Fix: A design system that matches the work you actually do today.
Problem: Enquiries dropped and nobody knows why.
Fix: A measured baseline: speed, structure and where visitors leave.
Problem: It breaks or crawls on phones.
Fix: Pages designed for phones first and tested on a mid-range one.
Problem: Every page has a different layout.
Fix: One set of templates, so every page looks like the same company.
Problem: You are afraid a redesign will cost you your Google rankings.
Fix: Every URL kept or redirected, titles and structured data carried over.
What you get
Audit
Speed, structure, content and search baseline of the current site, in plain language.
URL map
Every existing URL listed with what happens to it: kept, merged or redirected.
New design system
Templates for every page type, designed for phone and desktop.
Rebuild
On your current platform or a better fit, with content migrated and cleaned up.
Launch checklist
Redirects, sitemap, Search Console and analytics checked on launch day.
Before and after
The same tests on the old and the new site, side by side.
Measured before. Measured after.
No guessing and no redesign for its own sake. Every project starts and ends with the same tests, so you can see what changed.
Measure
We test your site the way Google does: on a mid-range phone over a mobile connection. How fast it shows up, whether it jumps around, how long before anything can be tapped.
You get the numbers, before we touch anything.
Diagnose
We go through the five things that cost visitors: speed, interruptions, a message that says nothing, no clear next step, and details that look cheap.
You get a short list of what to fix, in order of what it costs you.
Design and build
One page system with one clear action per page. Images sized for phones, code kept lean, on the platform your team can actually run.
You get the new site, on WordPress, Shopify or custom.
Measure again
The same tests after launch, side by side with the first ones.
You get before and after, in numbers.
Work that used it.
Before you ask.
Will I lose my Google rankings?
A redesign does not have to cost rankings. We keep URLs where we can, redirect the ones that change, and carry titles, descriptions and structured data over. We check Search Console after launch.
Can we keep our platform?
Yes. If WordPress or Shopify suits your team, we redesign on it. If it is holding you back, we explain the alternative and what moving involves.
Do we need all new content?
Usually not. We keep what works, tighten what does not, and point out the few pages that need rewriting.
Can the redesign happen in stages?
Yes. Starting with the pages that bring the most visitors is often the safest route.
How long does it take?
It depends on the scope. After a short call we send a written proposal with a fixed price and a timeline, and we agree on both before any work starts.
Do I own the work when it is finished?
Yes. Once the project is complete and paid for, the design, code and content are yours.
