Questions about the plan.
Is it really nothing up front?
Yes. There is no setup or design fee. Your first monthly payment of $149 starts the work, and the price stays the same for the first twelve months.
What happens if I want to leave?
After the first twelve months you can end the plan with 30 days’ notice and take the site with you. In the first year, you pay the remaining months and the site is yours.
Do I own my website?
The words, photos and logo you give us are always yours, and so is your domain. The design and code become yours after twelve monthly payments, or one yearly payment.
What counts as an edit?
Changing text, prices, photos, opening hours or a staff list, adding a review or a short news item. A new page or a new feature is extra work, estimated at $70 an hour before we start.
I already have a website. Can I switch to the plan?
Yes. We rebuild it on the plan with up to 12 pages, connect your domain and redirect your old page addresses, so you keep the visitors that find you on Google.
What if I need more than 12 pages or an online store?
Then a one-time project fits better. It is priced by the work, and you get a written proposal before anything starts.
Can I pay for the year at once?
Yes. $1,490 covers twelve months, two months less than paying monthly. After the year it renews yearly unless you tell us 30 days before.
